Returns
At VaidyaRoots, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the consumable nature of our product (organic moringa powder), we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
Replacements (Only if Damaged in Transit)
If your product arrives damaged, we're happy to send a replacement — but only under the following conditions:

You must share a complete unboxing video showing the damage clearly.

This must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

We will cover the shipping cost for the replacement.
No replacements or claims will be accepted without video proof.
Refunds
Please note, we do not issue refunds. Only replacement for damaged items is offered (as above). We appreciate your understanding in maintaining hygiene and safety standards for our customers.
